Accessibility statement
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Commitment
Fuyano is committed to making its mobile application and its website accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility (European Accessibility Act), applicable since 28 June 2025.
This accessibility statement applies to the Fuyano mobile application (iOS and Android) as well as to the website fuyano.com.
2. Conformance status
Fuyano aims for conformance with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, the reference standard adopted by the European standard EN 301 549.
The application and the website are partially conformant with that level: most requirements are met, but some content, listed below, is not yet fully compliant.
3. Accessibility measures
The application and the website implement the following provisions:
- Compatibility with the VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android) screen readers: labels, roles and states of interactive elements.
- Support for the system "Larger Text" setting (Dynamic Type) without loss of content.
- Support for the "Reduce Motion" setting: non-essential transitions are disabled.
- Contrast of text and of interface components meeting the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds.
- Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 points (iOS) / 48 × 48 dp (Android).
- States never conveyed by colour alone (icon, underline or additional label).
- Web pages with a skip link, keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator.
4. Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet fully accessible. Its correction is planned:
- Some status announcements during an audio/video call may not be announced automatically by the screen reader.
- Some labels for secondary actions may remain generic for screen readers.
- On Android, the language of each interface element is not exposed to the screen reader (WCAG success criterion 3.1.2, Language of Parts): TalkBack reads labels using the pronunciation of the device's system language. On iOS, the language of each element is declared.
Content published by users (text, photos, videos) is the responsibility of its authors and may not meet the accessibility criteria.
5. Feedback and contact

7. Preparation of this statement
This statement was drawn up on 14 June 2026 and updated on 11 August 2026.
Evaluation method: internal audit of the code and of the interface against the WCAG 2.2 level AA success criteria, completed by manual testing with the VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers. The scope covers EVERY published language of the site and of the legal documents, without exception.
