UGC Rules
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Purpose
Fuyano is a calm space for sharing. These rules apply to all published content (posts, messages, media, audio).
2. Prohibited content
- Harassment, threats, hatred, discrimination or incitement to violence
- Illegal, dangerous or fraudulent content
- Sexual exploitation, content involving minors
- Publication of personal information without consent
- Spam, scams, impersonation
- Infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights
3. Content moderation (DSA Article 14)
The detailed moderation procedures, the possible measures, the response times, the human decision, the notification and the means of redress are described in our Terms of Use, Section 5.
To report content, use our public reporting form (DSA Art. 16) or contact us at support@fuyano.com.
4. Reporting
You can report an account or content from within the application using the "Report" option.
You can also contact us at: contact@fuyano.com
Public reporting (DSA Article 16): in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, any person or entity may report illegal content through our public reporting form, without needing a Fuyano account. Each notification receives an acknowledgement of receipt and is the subject of a reasoned decision.
4 bis. Content display (DSA Article 27)
In accordance with Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Fuyano displays publications and messages in a purely chronological order (most recent first). No algorithmic recommender system, no personalised ranking and no advertising profiling is used. You retain control of your feed by following accounts — no engagement signal (likes, viewing time, shares) alters the display order.
5. User safety
If in doubt, block the user and report the content. We treat these reports seriously.
